Yesterday I rang IC to discuss a cruise which I thought was sold out. However Chloe said she would revert to the cruise line to see if she could get us on this specific cruise and rang me back after 30 mins or so to say that she had successfully got us on the cruise. Her brilliance didn’t stop there as the wrong price had been advertised on an email which had prompted me to call. The Company then offered a compromise on the price which I accepted as Chloe had been so helpful throughout this process and was happy to accept a price increase on a cruise I thought was lost. Thank you IC and Chloe.
