Chaotic holiday to South America and Antarctica. We missed over half of the attractions, including Machu Picchu, Recoletta cemetery (Evita’s grave), Cusco tour, Larco museum at Lima, hotel double-booked, poor local travel reps. We wasted £20k. Imagine Cruising offered £500 each in compensation and would not increase offer.

I have recently returned from a fabulous cruise on MS Roko around the Dalmatian coast which was an exceptional experience. Imagine cruising added an additional three day hotel break in the Maestral Hotel in Montenegro which was a delightful end to the holiday.
This was our third Imagine Cruising holiday and each time the service was excellent. They answer telephone calls quickly and the booking process is efficient. For us, booking from our local airport was not a problem as they called back quickly with some options and the whole process was completed the same afternoon.
I and most impressed with the packages that they put together and will use Imagine Cruising again.

This should have been the holiday of a lifetime. Alaska cruise with Cunard, rocky mountaineer gold leaf, Calgary stampede. Business class flights both ways £24000 in total for a couple.
Flight to Vancouver via Munich!!
My wife slipped in the thermal spa pool first day of cruise, could not walk still three weeks later. Cunard charged £435 for a bandage and an x-ray that we didn't receive results from till end of cruise. I had to battle for a wheelchair!! Otherwise Cunard were not interested in us at all.
Imagine cruising were also useless at this point, offering no assistance in leaving the ship, transfer to hotel or to train next day. We had to organise all ourselves. Rock mountaineer was great. Assistance all the way. Then a imagine cruising rep from England appeared and was brilliant. Unfortunately I had already organised a hire car in Banff to go on the tours and eventually get to the airport after the stampede. So we still made the best of the holiday but with a lot of effort on our part, and a certain amount of pain.

I've never been on a cruise so I'm very excited
The single supplement wasn't as bad as I thought either.
I liked that no question was too stupid and I wasn't being rushed to sign up or make a decision
