"BAD EXPERIENCE"

One star is really too much after our experience. BEWARE if you wish to upgrade your flights..we chose to fly premium economy on a long flight to Singapore so didn’t use the ‘free flights’ included in the holiday. We were excited booking the holiday and didn’t realise the amount that was added which was way more than a premium economy ticket had we of bought it ourselves. We made phone calls but we could never get back to ‘Joe’ who was supposed to be looking after us, especially when asked what the call was about, he was suddenly out of the office or not in today!! We were eventually told it was for ‘flexible’ tickets and because we were so dissatisfied they gave us £200 back which didn’t compensate for the additional amount were made to pay. Our flights would have been covered in our own travel insurance anyway. RIPPED OFF is the expression that comes to mind.
Then our 36 day cruise itinerary was changed due to the Suez Canal crisis, which now took us on an itinerary which we wouldn’t have chosen in the first place, hence we missed out all the destinations we had booked to see.
Our complaints to customer services went nowhere..we would NEVER recommend or use this company again.

The sales clerk was Dylan who made the booking process so simple. Ask all the right questions to ensure we picked the correct options for our cruise on the Queen Mary 2. And the confirmationary paperworked was emailed to me within the timescale stated.

"A FIRST CLASS SERVICE"

My initial enquiry was picked up by Sam. She was on the ball from the start and was more than able to answer my questions and also deal with changes in scenarios. She was happy to leave it there so that I could consult with another couple, which I did.
Two days later I returned to Imagine to confirm the booking for 4 persons.
Unfortunately Sam was not available but another member of staff, Andy, was able to home in on my dealings with Sam without a hitch.
An excellent company with two very efficient members of staff.
