This trip was a present to ourselves to celebrate our retirement. We did the Bali, Celebrity cruise, Singapore and Maldives tour starting 26/12/2024. Imagine representative Kelly was so supportive whilst in Bali. The trip went very well and we had a fabulous time. Everything including transfers ran very smoothly. We did have an issue prior to the start of the holiday and one during the holiday. We judge companies on how good they really are when presented with an issue. I have to say Sara at Imagine listened and resolved both issues very professionally. So in our opinion this company really cares and takes the time to listen. We will definitely book with Imagine again as we have total confidence in their ability to deliver an amazing experience.
