Didn’t wait long to get through to an agent. Got a Caribbean holiday which I’m pleased with. A lovely agent called Rob.BUT the brochure needs to be more transparent about what each price relates to which holiday as the brochure holiday I chose and the holiday I booked are 2 different ones !

I rang about an offer I had seen on Travelzoo but, although it had expired, Cameron rang back very quickly and said they would honour the original offer price.
This was very generous of them as it was a bargain package = return flights, 2 hotel nights in Tokyo plus a Fuji/Hakone/bullet train full day tour, Celebrity 14-night cruise from Tokyo to Singapore in a balcony cabin with drinks and wi-fi included, and even a debark tour of Singapore.
The booking was all done and dusted within about half a hour - excellent, efficient service.
