"South America visits with Azamara cruise"

We have just returned from 3 1/2 weeks to South America taking in Lima, Manchu Picchu, Cusco, an Azamara cruise from Lima to San Antonia, onward to Iguazu Falls via Buenos Aires and finally Rio de Janiero. The whole trip was a great mix of activities and relaxation.
All the Imagine guides were excellent and knowledgeable especially Romulo in Cusco who was very funny. They were all approachable and helpful.
We travelled with a group of about 50 which was a large group and did cause some minor issues at times simply due to the size of the group and therefore not ideal.
We had an issue in one cruise port whereby the coach was not permitted onto the port ground to collect us causing some fractured tempers amongst the group and, I believe, was caused by lack of communication and permission between Imagine and the port authorities.

The booking process with Connor (I think?) was easy and very thorough. Any queries were sorted and individual needs taken into account.

This was our first cruise of this type which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were spoilt on the ship, excellent service throughout on Azamara Journey. The staff were superb, friendly, courteous and helpful.

May I make one request from Imagine…..please stop sending me numerous emails and brochures in the post (save some trees), I can source further trips without all the unwanted and wasteful communications. Thank you.
