From the initial phone call asking the advisor about their service, all the way through to the finished product, the process was smooth. The advisor gave me lots of advice, was understanding of my total ignorance and anxiety about my accounts due to me being a micro-company with just me in it.
The online sign-up process was very straight-forward, the access to my business bank account was done smoothly and the advisor even let me sent him some bank statements via WhatsApp, which was very easy for me to handle.
I got further advice about the salary scheme Debitam run should I decide to go down that route. Overall, a very efficient service with lots of support given along the way.

I had a terrible experience with Debitam. Their communication is unclear, and they misrepresented tax calculations, leading to unnecessary stress and potential overpayments. Despite providing all required information, they failed to apply correct tax relief, making it seem like I owed more than I actually did. When questioned, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This service feels like a scam – avoid at all costs!
