Don’t know where to start with such painful experience. Asked for self assessment tax return week before 31jan deadline. They managed to send the draft to wrong email and waited until last day to remind me. Finally, when I got the draft after calls and messages from me that was ignored until I wrote formal email. They didn’t check what should be included in that year. After my question no one listened or explained and the draft was wrong. Due to the inaccessibility to the system as per Debitam CEO or director on Friday evening. Nothing was done or corrected. Hopefully, no fines or charges from HMRC for late submission.paid nearly 400£ by the way. Let’s see if it’s sorted on Monday. Can’t be trusted.
