Customer service team are very calming and don't push you to sign anything until you are ready too. They are very good at delivering information and will take time to explain anything you're unsure of.
They will also email straight away with the info you require within min of talking to them so there is no waiting around. Would highly recommend GOTO energy from my own experiences 😁
