"Stay away TOTAL JOKE"
I started switching to them in february withstart day 11.03.2021. Well on the 5.03 they already got £103, even if at the time I wasn't getting any energy from them, and after that on the 23.03 they want to take another £103. They take a few days to answer an email and the answers are really vague. I'm really sorry i moved from big companies like British Gas to them. I advise everyone to stay away from them. P.S. They called me and said that because of the billing date they take the money on the 23 rd of march BUT if I chose any date before 22nd of the month they are going to take the money in april. So i chose 21nd of the month and they said that is ok and they aren't going to take anymore money in march but on 21 of april. 10 min later I get another call from them saying that it has to be before 11.th of the month. What a total joke this is. Now I'm expecting another call to tell me that it has to be before the 5th or so..everything is a joke for them
