I needed to replace lightshades and your assistant manager, Craig, was most helpful with checking the fitting of the shades and when the shades I chose were not available as replacements sold fittings that had the correct number of shades. This service was exemplary.

"Shocking quality and customer service"
I bought two bedside lamps from the Warrington store to then get home and find both were broke. The quality was that to be expected from a cheap shipment from China but had certainly been marked up in value.
I returned the lamps to the store approximately 2 hours later and attempted to return them.
I had left my receipt at home in the rush to return them before closing time. I knew there wouldn't be an issue about the receipt as I had my online banking statement and was returning faulty goods.
The store manager at first wouldn’t refund me even after returning the damaged items two hours after purchasing them. I explained very calmly that as the items were damaged and I was returning them within 30 days a receipt wasn’t required. The store manager went absolutely ballistic at me and was literally shouting in my face saying that it’s store policy not to refund without a receipt and that is that. I have honestly never been spoken to this way in any store in my life and this is actually the first review I think I’ve ever left as I really don’t want this manager shouting at anyone else when all I wanted was a refund for damaged goods.
I reached out to the company retail manager who emailed me explaining that the store manager had explained things got a little out of control but made it out like we both lost it in the store and were screaming at eachother. As I made a point of dealing with the situation in a calm, respectful way I was absolutely shocked by the lack of respect shown my way after trying to return two faulty items 2hrs after purchasing.
The above is obviously a point I wanted to make as I was shocked at my treatment but my main point would be that the quality of items being sold by this company are sub standard and the best way of describing the quality would be that of a cheap light found online from China but then sold on via a good looking retail store at a hugely inflated price.
I’ve said my bit so I’ll end my essay here… if you want quality light fittings and want a guarantee then avoid this company like the plague.

I just wanted to say how wonderful Louise was!
I have moved house & entered the wrong delivery details so had emailed to see if they could be changed
Louise emailed me back to confirm they could, only to let me know the warehouse couldn’t find my new address, only to realise I had put the wrong post code in!!!
Despite all this confusion Louise was able to confirm my delivery details had been updated correctly & assured me my parcel would be delivered to the correct address!!

No one ever got in touch. The response from them is ONLY because this is on trust pilot. Shocking company!
Bought a light and was recommended bulbs which I also bought from them. Got my light fitted by an electrician and then the next day once I had added the 3 shades, one light didn’t work. Contacted pagazzi and after some back and forth, was told I could return
And would be issued a 25% refund for the cost of having to get an electrician 3 times (up, down, up again). Went to the uddingston store and the girl says she tested it and it was fine. Not only was I not having the light exchanged or any refund. She said my electrician had made the error. I said how can this be when one cable feeds the 3 lights, she said it was. I said I would rather exchange it as I wasn’t convinced and she said no she couldn’t as it has now been used! It was up 3 days. I had it refitted and then when the electrician left, I refitted the shades. One light didn’t work. I took a video to show it was not the bulbs and that when the shades were fitted, it was the problem. I had it taken back down. In the meantime emailing pagazzi. The area manager, who would not speak to me, just sporadically emailed. Said it was probably the bulbs, they were the wrong ones! What the ones I was recommended by the store, at £9 each, that says on the box are the right ones and 3 store members saw during my correspondence and visit to store, but no one said anything! This was now 6’weeks on and I was getting this. Eventually, after many correspondence with Stephen area manager who refused to speak to me, I was told to return to the store and they would change the light and bulbs and give me a £10 refund. What about the 25% I was offered for 3 electrical visits and now I had 5!!!! Nope I was told it was revoked. When I asked why, I got a total BS answer, I had originally had 15% off when I bought the light (this was off all products that weekend) and he wasn’t aware, not true I had the original receipt attached from the very first correspondence. When I said this I was absolutely ignored. I kept asking for a response but was always ignored. Eventually I went to the store to change as I realised I was dealing with a terrible
Company and substandard products. And they basically didn’t care. They had my £260 for my 2 lights (I had a single light and triple light) so had the cash and didn’t care. Went to the uddingston store. This guy, the store manager was so ignorant. Said he was doing me a favour and said he knew nothing about any £10 refund and said the light would not be broken. When I tried to show him the video he would not look and completely ignored me. When I said indeed he wasn’t doing me a favour I had faulty goods and why was he ignoring me, he said, no wonder I’m ignoring you. I had had enough by now. This was like a joke to be treated like this over and over by each member of staff.
Long story short, substandard products, zero after care, totally ignorant staff and treat you like a piece of dirt on their show. Never in my 52 years have I had such a catalogue of disasters and been treated so badly over and over. DO NOT BUY FROM PAGAZZI. Terrible company
