I have used Falcon many times over the years as I always find the team easy to deal with and helpful.
This time the paperwork took up a lot of time as everything was entered into the computer so give yourself some extra time if you need to be somewhere.

Good service used and booked online, turned up on the day and all straight forward, returned vehicle same day,only criticism is after 3 days deposit still not returned, so after a email told it can take between 3&5 days or even up to 10 days

Service was great, Josh was extremely helpful. Mini bus was always clean and ready. Only down side which makes the hirers life harder is that the vehicle is returned with the same amount of fuel as collected, rather than collected full and returned full making longs trips harder to gauge refuelling.
