All slides submitted were digitized with several being repaired first. All great work. Results were organized exactly as I submitted the slides. It took a little longer than I expected and I was not kept abreast of what was happening, but when I called it to their attention, I heard from them promptly and received my digitized results promptly. Had the results sent to Amazon Photos for access. Also signed up for a memory stick but have not received it yet.

I last used Scancafe 10 years ago and they were really great. I just used them again to scan 1200 negatives and they are even better now. They make it easy to ship the negatives and delivered the results ahead of schedule. The old photos look beautiful.

There was no hand editing done and worse I could see lines from the photos being fed to the scanner. Not happy.
