I was amazed how how smoothly the entire process went. And in many cases, the results were absolutely dramatic. So many of our pictures were such poor quality that I didn’t have much hope they’d ever be usable, but was pleasantly surprised to find that plenty of them could be made into a lovely book for our kids. The process was very easy. I had old slides of my parents, and I wanted to get digital images of some of those slides. I didn't have many. I got emails when the slides were received, scanned, ready for viewing, and when they were shipped back to me. Very happy with the process and results.

I was very pleased with the quality of the photos you scanned and the one you restored. These are my favorite pictures of our oldest son that I put in an album to present to his wife on their wedding day. That was 25 years ago so it was time to preserve them digitally. Seems like a good job overall, but I was a bit underwhelmed by your lab’s ‘editing’ of the slides. Perhaps my expectations for your process were too high but they didn’t seem much better after than before. Also, there was one that slipped through our pre-selection session that was obviously not in any condition to be saved or even viewed that was also digitized, & I assume I paid for it. Small potatoes, I know.
I also struggled with the Zip file format and it would have been helpful to have basic instructions included to help me through the process of saving them as JPG files so I could begin the editing process on my end.
Having said all this your turnaround time was quick and I appreciate you were dealing with OLD media and it hadn’t always been impeccably stored through the years. Thanks for helping me take charge of my multitude of old photographic media. I would not hesitate to use your service again.
