Great scanning, and I appreciated the offers of restoration with the choice to accept or decline.
I purchased a large (2 TB) Dropbox account to hold my third ScanCafe order, after declining physical media. ScanCafe downloaded my third order to that Dropbox, but was not willing to download the other two - they told me that it was too late since I'd already downloaded manually. I would have appreciated that small bit of extra customer service on ScanCafe's part, although they were not required to do so - hence 4 star rating.

I thought you did an excellent job especially with color. I didn't realize how much the colors had shifted even though I had them stored in air tight containers, cool and dark storage.
