"Negative scanning is terrible"
Negative scanning is terrible. Many images with the bottom cut off, colors incorrect, and many images reversed. (I know you can't tell from looking at a negative which way it goes, but you should know that English text goes left to right). Most of them were so bad I didn't even want to keep them, I figured it would be easier to just scan the prints I have as they would have provided better results, but scancafe doesn't let you delete more than 20% of the images, even when the images are junk.

You did an excellent job digitizing 35mm slides! However, my credit card was hacked a few weeks after I received my digital images. I know the hack had to do with ScanCafe because I use virtual credit card numbers - a different number for each online vendor I deal with. My credit card company identified the virtual credit card number only used at ScanCafe as the one used in the hack. Your security sucks or worse - you have a crook working for you.

My experience with ScanCafe exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed of every step in the scanning process, which did not take a long time at all. Every step went smoothly, from ordering, to shipping, to scanning and processing, and the safe return of my photos. And the cost was extremely reasonable! Five stars!
