I'm very impressed with Scan Cafe. The work is timely and well done. The customer support is outstanding. The only think I'd like that wasn't possible was to be able to direct the Scanners not to scan partial negatives. I realize I could have physically cut them from their strip with a scissors so it's not a big deal.
