I'm very impressed with this work done by ScanCafe as well as their customer service. The videos, negatives, colour slides and photographic prints were all copied to my satisfaction. In the videos, there was a problem with static lines in a couple of cassettes. ScanCafe fixed the problems without hesitation.

As the goal of having my videos, photos, negatives, etc. copied to disk is to eliminate the bulky files, ScanCafe agreed to dispose of the originals rather than send them back to me, which would have cost me postal fees.

I will continue to use ScanCafe until all of my photos are copied.

So happy with the quality and service. I had my parents old photos and home movies on 8mm that were 60+ years old and some one of a kind photos from early 1900’s that were scanned. Very happy with service and quality of all. Will be using them again. Had originally thought about another more expensive place because they advertise so much but the price was out of budget and I’m glad I went this direction.

He was 92 years old. I found the 35 mm slides in the back of a closet. I took the opportunity and used your service to make a gift of them for my mother who is now 95 and for my sister.
