It was a big order and Scancafe gave personal contact to ensure I was satisfied with the results. We communicated several times and any questions were quickly resolved. In fact two small files had to be rescanned and they had a willingness to make it right. I also liked how in the review I could arrange the photos in file with my own file names.

I was very pleased with the speed and service provided. The number of slides you scanned for me would have taken me days to scan in myself. The technology that allowed you to add back the color to those slides that had turned "red" was worth everything! I thought those true pictures were gone. I will certainly be sending in additional slides and negatives, as time allows.

"Worst Customer Service Experience Ever"
Update: I was contacted by Scan Cafe and the problem was finally resolved
ScanCafe provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a small problem at check-out that I thought would be quickly resolved by a call to customer service. Instead, the response was hostile and dismissive. There seems to be only one person working in customer service, who kept referring to their Terms and Conditions in a way that seemed almost like he was threating to take legal action against me because I had raised a question about using a credit. If they had lost my negatives or breached my privacy, I am sure their response would have been even more aggressive and less helpful. Photo scanning is a commodity business. Do not pick this vendor. They are truly terrible.

Loved the care you took with my slides! I love having them digital for me to share with family. Your website could be a bit more user friendly and the emails with misspelled words made me pause, but overall a good experience.
