"Completely pleased with the service"

I am a returning customer of Scan Cafe. They do top notch work and have provided me high quality scans of all the photo media I have sent to them. I have sent them photos I had scanned by someone else and Scan Cafe produced a much better product. This time along with some old slides, I had them digitize a reel-to-reel tape I made many years ago. The sound quality of the digitized file was as great as the original venue all those years ago. If I need to convert any pictures or audio tape to digital they will be my first choice.

I have used ScanCafe multiple times for photo reproductions. I recently took advantage of a sale ($10/tape) for conversion of VHS tapes to digital files. I was happy with the service, but was provided with someone else's video for one of my tapes. With the volume of media that ScanCafe reproduces, I understand that mistakes may happen. Tiffany in Customer Service was exceptional at replying to my emails, helping get a rescan order, and helping the rescan happen quick. My experiences with the process, communication, and end result have always been positive. If not for the minor mistake of the wrong video, my rating would be 5 stars.

Clear communication from Scancafe made me feel that my very old slides were being cared about and cared for. I received word when they’d arrived. I heard from them when they were very busy and checking to see if folks had special deadlines they should keep in mind. I did, and they prioritized the work. I received the slides packaged back in great condition and the digital files allowed me to review and delete any images before the final bill was calculated. Very impressed.

"Happy with large shipment"

I took advantage of a discount and sent in a large number of slides and negatives. It has been a lot of fun to see these old photos and especially fun to share with old friends. The image quality is excellent. I don't know how they get rid of the dust, but few images have any sign of dust, even black and white images. My only issues is that it will take me a while to sort through all the pictures! I have been recommending Scancafe to anyone who asks.
