Très déçu par le service Printerpix
Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande passée avant Noël, malgré plusieurs relances. Le numéro de suivi (ESP7040GB95545876001) reste sans mise à jour, et le service client de Printerpix ne répond pas.
Ce silence est inadmissible, d'autant plus que je constate que de nombreux autres clients sont confrontés aux mêmes problèmes.
Je tiens à inciter toutes les personnes dans la même situation à signaler leur problème auprès de Info Conso pour alerter les autorités sur ce dysfonctionnement. C'est une démarche collective qui peut faire bouger les choses si nous sommes nombreux.

I absolutely love PrinterPix. The entire process of creating a memory book for my daughter’s graduation was so easy. I also want to note the amazing customer support, Tia Johnson was a lifesaver when I ran into a small issue. She responded and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this service!!!

I should have known from the start that there would be problems as there was no email to inform me that I had completed the order!
I made some photo calendars for family Christmas presents and paid the extra delivery to have them delivered to me on Christmas Eve.
I contacted them Christmas Eve as they had not arrived yet.
Basically I received an email from Evri on the 27th/28th to say they had received my parcel. I think i received 28th/29th in a normal brown envelope.
I have contacted them many times, unhappy with paying extra and then to find that three of the calendars were unusable and the quality was awful. Very thin 'card' and the metal bindings/ spirals were broken/ stuck together.

"Buono non accettato e neesun modo per avere una risposta"
Sono anni che uso questo sito per stampare fotolibri e stampe su tela e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo! Fino ad ora...dopo aver pazientemente compilato un fotolibro da 100 pagine (per cui avevo un buono) al momento dell'inserimento del codice mi genera problemi in quanto è un fotlibro da 20 pagine a cui ne ho aggiunte 88 (non essendo possibile selezionare il numero definitivo di pagine quando si imposta il progetto).
Ovviamente non si trova nessun indirizzo per avere risposte e la mail mandata a contatti mi è tornata indietro.
Nonostante la gentile risposta ricevuta qui...non ho più avuto aiuto.

Llevo más de un mes esperando mi pedido y la verdad ya no tengo esperanza de recibirlo, y lo peor es que no tengo forma de contactar con ellos ni de seguir el pedido.

Had an issue with payment going through with PayPal. Initially, I thought Mekail Stephen was going g to assist me with this issue; and he dropped the ball by not responding to my emails. Meanwhile, I kept getting “We saved your project” emails until Tia Johnson finally took over and fixed the issue.

Hice un pedido de dos artículos: un puzzle que ni me llegó, y un calendario que lo enviaron un mes más tarde y en un formato que les dio la gana. Me han estafado 71.93€. Hice una reclamación a través de Paypal, y se han ido de rositas alargando los plazos: ni me han devuelto el importe ni me han generado otro pedido.
Por cierto: Las cuentas de correo de contacto NO EXISTEN, por lo que ponerse en contacto con ellos es inviable.
A los clientes potenciales de esta empresa: probad a enviar un correo antes de realizar una compra... podréis comprobar que no existen. Esto ya es una opinión personal: es su propia evidencia
Acerca de vuestra respuesta: esa cuenta de correo, tal y como ya he indicado en la reseña: NO EXISTE, ni esa ni ninguna que poneis en la web. Ni se os puede contactar por mail (tampoco por teléfono ni a otras cuentas) ni os habéis puesto en contacto conmigo en ningún momento tras dos meses que llevo reclamando mis productos y mi dinero.
