"Spend more on shipping..false shipping date"
Super upset that my package was supposed to be delivered today and I received an email last night saying it was shipped. Sooo…definitely not getting my package in time for Valentine’s Day. It seems that the only way you’ll get your package is if you add the 5.99 “go to front of the line” option plus an additional fee to expedite it. Normal shipping date is definitely NOT accurate.

I left a 1 star review detailing how I was double charged and items were missing. Someone replied advising me I'd be contacted soon but after 4 days still no contact or refund of double charges or refund for missing item. APPALLING. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.

"Production took longer than what is…"
Production took longer than what is advertised on website and did not arrive on time and when I needed it for (February 14th). There website will randomly change the "date and info" on tracking but not even send an email. February 10th it stated my order was almost completed and has been that way since Monday and now all of a sudden on the 14th it shows an update for February 11th (the 10th date is gone now). Just all seems fishy. Hope when the book does arrive, that it makes up for the delay. Defeated the entire purpose for my surprise gift. Don't advertise "ARRIVE BEFORE VALENTINES DAY" and not meet that expectation.

I ordered the 11" x 8.5" Soft Cover Book (20 pages) and carefully designed each page of the book. But in the final product, the designs are missing from a lot of pages, they are just straight up blank pages.
