"Scammed me out of $50"

Scammed me out of $50. Ordered in beginning of December and never received product. Reached out 10 times and still have not gotten my product. They begin a new ticket every time I attempt to reach out. BBB has many like complaints from this company I orders that happened in December. I believe this company is a scam and recommend you not supporting printerpix

How professional to respond in a language that I can not read. Do not waste your time (hours) creating this product. Or months following up on a product you have paid for and not received. So very frustrating that Printerpix has scammed so many customers. Check the BBB before ordering.

"mancata consegna e errori di stampa"

Ho ordinato 3 stampe su metallo e un album fotografico il 15 gennaio 2025. Il 3 febbraio mi sono arrivate solo le tre stampe su metallo di cui 2 stampate in modo sbagliato ( per una è invertita la stampa da orizzontale a verticale, per l'altra viceversa).
Sul sito la pagina "assistenza clienti"-"contattaci" non dà nessuna indicazione. Non c'è numero di telefono e nemmeno un'assistenza online.
Ho scritto una mail a contattaci** (indirizzo trovato dopo una estenuante ricerca sul web). Aspetto una risposta.
Aggiungo che al 24/02/2025 non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna comunicazione per la risoluzione del problema da Printerpix, se non quella automatica che vedete qua sotto. Vergognoso!!!

"Schlechte Qualität und nicht vorhandener Kundenservice"

Das Produkt wurde sehr schnell versandt und auch die Lieferzeit war okay. Aber die Decke hat eine schlechte Qualität. Der Print weicht komplett von der zuvor gezeigten Vorschau ab und sie fühlt sich sehr nach Plastik an. Da Printerpix mit einer kostenlose Retoure wirbt, habe ich beim Kundenservice nach einem Rücksendeetikett gefragt und leider nur einmal eine Antwort enthalten, in der mir angeboten wurde, ein ähnliches Produkt oder einen Gutschein zu erhalten. Ich hab ihnen dann mitgeteilt, dass ich die Decke gerne einfach zurückschicken und mein Geld erstattet haben möchte und seitdem wird jede weitere Rückfrage seit Wochen ignoriert.
Sparrt euch die Nerven und das Geld und kauft nicht bei Printerpix ein. Absolut unverschämt, wie mit den Kunden umgegangen wird.

I ordered a very personalized calendar Feb. 1 and paid over $100 for rush production and shipping dso that I would have it in time for my father’s 95th birthday. An email said it was with the courier on Feb 3, but the 6th came and went and it is still not here on the 11th. The tracking link I was initially sent was broken.

After numerous attempts to reach them I did hear back yesterday with a “good news! Your order is on its way” email- but that tracking link was also useless, and not able to be opened in either Chrome or Firefox due to security flags that I could not bypass.

I have asked for a full refund on shipping and the item itself pronto, but no further word. This project took hours, as I personalized dozens of individual days within the calendar to help my dying and increasingly confused Dad orient himself in time as he said he wanted.

So, so frustrated, angry- and just deeply disappointed and saddened. Is this company under new management? Understaffed? Just let me know- and be honest!

non seulement j'ai payé deux albums que je n'ai jamais reçu, mais en plus ils affirment (sur trustpilot) qu'ils s'excusent et vont me contacter pour réparer l'erreur mais depuis le 31 janvier (date de leur réponse) je n'ai eu aucunes nouvelles !!!
