Sent me an awful canvas, admitted they dint quality check their product hence why I received rubbish that's knly fit for the bin. I raised a complaint to PayPal but I can't get a refund, £48 down the drain. Never again!!!!

Ma commande s’était a priori « perdue » lors de la première expédition (tracking DHL bloqué). Ils ont relancé une commande mais absolument pas prioritaire. Délais annoncés plus longs que pour ma commande initiale.
De plus, qualité très moyenne donc à éviter absolument !

Our prints look awesome and shipped quickly. I would have rated it higher but they didn't come with any way to hang them so now I have to figure that out.

I ordered my calendar a week and a half to go and don’t have anything to show for it except the confirmation email. They for some reason feel the need to ask for a review even before I've gotten a shipment confirmation email for the product. So here goes nothing!

2/22/2025 Update - I received my calendars! They came out well and I enjoyed customizing them. The price was very reasonable. My only complaint besides the delay in shipping is that there was a photo I changed in the calendars right before I ordered them, and when I received the calendars, some of them had the old photo, and some had the new photo.
I'm still waiting for my order. It's taking longer than estimated from PrinterPix. It hasn't even shipped yet, and I ordered the calendars 8 days ago. How can you ask me to rate the product when I haven't even received the product yet? Once I receive it, I may change my review.

"Printerpix deletes projects from account"
I didn’t know that Printerpix deletes your projects after 6 months. I discovered this when I tried to place another order and the project (a spiral bound book) was missing from my account. I tried using the customer service page to notify Printerpix of the problem but the system had me going in circles. The only way I finally resolved the problem is that I had a direct email address for the person I did the bulk order with before and they resolved the problem for me promptly and I was able to place another order and my project is back in my account. I would give that person 5 stars for customer service.
