Acabo de realizar un pedido y es un horror la pagina. El formato es imposible de descifrar para hacer el encargo. Cuando e ido apagar todo correcto, me lo han descontado del banco bien rapido,pero me dicen k no se a podido realizar el pago. Vamos k me an estafado el dinero, así de simple

Absolutely horrible print, I am too ashamed to take it out from the box. The picture was stretched when printed, instead of printing in landscape view, it was printed in portrait. This was our first wedding picture that we wanted to hang but unfortunately we cannot do that any longer plus we lost our money.

"No response from customer service"

Delivery was not on time (in fact very, very delayed), despite spending £15 for quick postage.

I emailed customer service twice - once when I was told it would be delayed (to cancel the order), and again to request a partial refund (at least for the very expensive postage). No response.

Habe vor Weihnachten ein Bild bestellt ( sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk werden) hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, ich habe versucht einen Rücksendeschein zubekommen, Fehlanzeige, nach Dutzenden Mail ohne Antwort, habe ich es auf eigene Kosten mit Empfangsnachweis zurückgeschickt.
Klarna hat mit Inkasso gedroht, darauf habe ich die 72,00 Euro bezahlt.
Printerpix hat mir mitgeteilt, dass sie sich darum kümmern werden, nichts ist passiert.
Ich habe bezahlt, keine Bilder und bin der Betrogene.
Nie wieder, ich kann nur raten, bestellen sie nichts bei dieser Firma. U.K.

Aviso a los compradores españoles de productos PRINTERPIX cuando vas a pagar con la tarjeta de crédito te dice que ha habido un error y te cargan el importe, repites la operación de pago y te lo vuelven a cobrar, no tienen teléfono ni correo donde comunicar, da todo el rato error, me siento timada

****TRUFFA *** dal 6 dicembre che attendo un libro fotografico, non mi rispondono al telefono , agli inizi di gennaio dichiarano di aver inviato un altro libro in sostituzione ma nemmeno questo è mai arrivato.... non hanno tracciatura dei pacchi e non hanno nessun tipo di assistenza

"They won't respond to your emails"

I was hoping to receive my order by Valentines day. I ordered January 29th. The website claims to have real people, not robots to respond to customers but all of my questions were responded by AI and did not answer my questions. The website says you can get Valenyines orders as long as you order by February 7th but my order hasn't even been finished or shipped. I am extremely disappointed. If I do not receive my order soon I will report fraud to my credit card company since I have been charged over a hundred dollars for an order that I have not received in anywhere near the estimated time window.
