"Ordered a valentine gift for my wife…"

Ordered a valentine gift for my wife and got sent to the wrong address after only taking 3 days to make and get shipped out and asked for a replacement last week to get it on time and still nothing. Waste of money for sure.

Placed an order for Xmas, and paid rush to make sure I would get it on time.
Arrived 2 weeks later, I tried to contact them numerous times, no answers apart from automatic replies.
Even raised this through paypal and they rejected my claim.
Do not recommend at all.

I ordered on 28 Nov 24, waited 10 days, nothing, chased up and Hannah Mae said it would be sent on 2 Jan 25. 20 Jan, still no delivery and chased up by email. Chased on 22 Jan 25 as had no reply, no reply even when emailing the business. Glad I paid on a Credit card.

J' ai bien reçu la confirmation de ma commande mais depuis malgré des relances par mail pas de réponse ou réponse automatique et maintenant boîte pleine refus des messages. Ils ne prennent vraiment pas en considération les clients.

Previously reviewed at Christmas when we received a damaged order late. Like many , had a response on here to say contact resolutions at Printerpix. Can confirm again - no reply! Obviously just trying to look like they are doing the right thing. Absolute jokers. Avoid!

"Photo book software is janky"

Photo book software is janky. You must start and finish in one visit. There is no saving and finish later. Tried that several times. It just doesn’t save. Start over each time. Very frustrating when you put in a lot of work and then it’s wasted effort.

I hadn't heard of printerpix until I clicked on a sale price through a Google search I made. Glad I did! From start to finish, the entire process was simple and quick. The website was easy to navigate, and I received my order within a week. If you're not familiar with ordering custom calendars, that's pretty darn fast! I am satisfied with everything, for the most part. However, I feel there could be improvement in the available options for framing, borders, cutouts, etc. They aren't bad, just a little boring. Also, it was a bit tricky trying to track my order. I was redirected a couple different times, but thankfully it was fast enough that I didn't have time to get too worried.
