"It was time to update the tiles on our wall "

It was time to update the tiles on our wall. The picture of my grandson was 5 years old and my granddaughters weren’t even there! Ordering the set of six allowed us to correct that as well as update the pictures of our three grown children. What a delight it was to receive the package in a very timely fashion and to add these to our home. The quality is great and we are just thrilled with them. Puts a smile on our faces every time we pass by!!

"Printerpix lo peor"

No pude realizar el pedido el pagina de Printerpix. Era un regalo de cumpleaños y después de haber realizado el fotolibro y estar trabajándolo muchas horas me quedé sin el fotolibro porque me cobraban todo el tiempo los gastos de envio (5 veces) pero el pedido nunca se realizó.
Jamás volveré a comprar en esta tienda. Son unos informales. No me dieron ninguna solución.solo buenas palabras pero hechos ninguno. Solo se comunicaron por email
No.fueron ni para temer el detalle de llamarme .
Perdí mi tiempo en realizar el trabajo y al final no pude tenerlo ni para el cumpleaños ni después.
Me hicieron perder el tiempo y el dinero.
Jamás lo recomendaría a nadie.
Mucho ojo con esta empresa .

"No responds. Only lie. Ruined anniversary. "

I ordered a photo book as a gift for my boyfriend on our 1 year anniversary. We’ve been dating online and it was such important gift from me to him. I ordered a gift on the 4th of February and paid for expedited shipping. Because I had known that it can take more time because of Valentine’s Day , I paid extra money for rush handling “We'll expedite your order, moving it to the front of the production queue”. They sent me an e-mail at the same day (4th February) that they’ve received my order and once my order is ready for delivery , they’ll send me another e-mail. They also texted next information:
Manufacturing Time:
“It typically takes us up to 2-4 working days to create your order.
Shipping Services:
Standard: Shipped within 4–7 business days.
Expedited: Shipped within 2–3 business days.
Rush: Shipped within 1–2 business days.“
Now , it’s 11th February ! They texted “it takes up to 2-4 working days” , so the maximum manufacturing time is 4 days. I paid extra money for rush handling and paid expedited delivery and on the 8th of February (our anniversary) they didn’t send me e-mail about delivering. Why am I so angry ? What’s the sense of adding “rush handling” , if you still make my order the same days if I wouldn’t pay ! They also said that the order will be delivered by 8th February. But on this day I didn’t get any e-mail and the worst thing is that they are saying on their website and their e-mails , that they’ve been keep sending me with all messages like: order it on 9th February (!!) , so you’ll get it by 14th of the February ! - you can’t do my gift at time , but you keep saying to all people that you’ll do all your work until Valentine’s Day and deliver it with the same deliver that I chose ! “24/7 support , real people not bots” , I was talking with AI on their website , finally could get in a line to talk with a real person and still haven’t got any connection from them. I was texting them e-mails on all e-mails that I could find on their website such as “reach us” , “need help?” , “help with your order” etc. They’ve been ignoring me.
And after 4 days the 8th of February finally the status of my order has changed (after 4 Days ! You said that it will take you up to 2-4 working days ! I paid for you create it faster and deliver it faster and you changed status after 4 days !?) to “Feel good”. So after 4 days they even haven’t finish my order and just changed from “we’re on it” to “Good News!

Now it’s 11th February and I still haven’t got my order. You ruined so important day for me and my boyfriend. This company is only lying : lying about support , when they ignore you , your e-mails and any efforts to connect them, lying about delivery and manufacturing time , when they tell you while you’re ordering “by 8th February” and still even haven’t delivered it to you when it’s 11th February, lying about their services “rush handling” when instead of move it to the front of the production queue they make it longer than 4 days (maximum manufacturing days). And one of the worst things is that every time you’re on their website you see that they keep trying to catch people saying that they’ll deliver at time all gifts if you’ll choose rush/expedited delivery , and they keep saying it until 9th of the February (so 5 days until Valentine’s Day) and you can’t get your gift when you chose rush/expedited delivery , rush handling and on the 4th of February. I am so sad and angry.
If they’re not going to respond me at least here , I’ll try to find the way to give them 0 star.
The only one thing I hope that the photo book is good quality
P.s: I am sorry for my bad english and repeating phrases , I am not from USA or any English speaking country.

J'ai réalisé un livre et je souhaite passer commande mais le bon ne fonctionne pas ...cela fait 4 tickets que j'envoie au service client ....AUCUNE REPONSE

Ils indiquent partout "vrai chat = pas de bot" ...ce qui est faux , il est impossible de parler avec quelqu'un

FUYEZ, si jamais vous avez passé du temps a realiser vos livres photos et que personne ne vous repond a la fin, c'est beaucoup de temps perdu pour rien !

"I placed an order on February 1st and…"

I placed an order on February 1st and it is now the 10th. I still have not received my product nor have I gotten an update of a possible delay. I was notified when I made the purchase that it would take 2-4 days before it would be shipped out. I don’t mind a delay as long as it is at least communicated.

"Terrible customer service and long…"

Terrible customer service and long shipping times.
When I placed my order it told me a day it would be here by, it’s that day and I still haven’t even gotten a shipping confirmation. When I called the customer service rep was so rude telling me I was wrong about what day it told me it would be here by when I have the email in front of my face that says that date! If you order from here just make sure you have time to wait past the date it tells you.



ETA from their reply! I’ve emailed them three times in the past week and a half and haven’t gotten one reply. So they also do not reply to emails as they say! Still no emails from my three emails and still no email from my call like the rep said I would get. AND still no shipping info!

"Very bad company!!!"

Very bad company!!!! I ordered a calendar from them.Which I had to edit. Ehen editing, there was no option to edit it properly. I got such a funny calendar from them for a very expensive price. Half or even half of the photo was visible.I emailed them many times, but they didn't really reply.Customer service is terrible.And I asked for back my money.I still haven't received my money back, but they don't even respond to my email!!!! I ordered the calendar from another company very cheaply I edited it and it turned out perfect. Well, this is my experience, I don't recommend it to anyone.

"Received someone else’s order"

I have been ordering from here for a while every year with no issues until now. December 2024 I ordered two items a calendar and a canvas print. The calendar came and it was perfect however the canvas that came was incorrect it was clearly someone else’s order. I have tried numerous occasions to contact them to complain but no response whatsoever! Look on their Facebook page and the comments people leave it will tell you all you need to know about this shocking company.
