I bought SFP+ at 19/9/24 they said it's instant delivery and should be arrive before 25/9/24. after 2 days I saw nothing is moving, it still stuck on not delivered yet. I talk on their chat with an agent they told me I need to wait. after another day I see nothing change and I talked to agent again they said they will forward it to "my manager" who is on my account. I didn't hear from her at all. I contact them again and then just now they told me the money passed but there was a system error somewhere and it stuck even though it says on the system the order was completed and the transaction finished. they couldn't tell this in the first day??? now they told me they will forward it to the manager and only she can cancel the order.... which she didn't reply to the emails, to the forward emails they sent her or the 3 tickets I opened on their site for 6 days. so today I called them to their number and she said she will able to cancel the order and I can make a new one. she said the cancellation of the order will shown after 24 hr. so for now I made a new order this time using Paypal instead credit card, so if there is something happening again it would be easier to get refund and not to wait for them, also if I won't get the refund from them to my credit card as suggested after 3 days then I will get really mad and this company would marked as scammers and the worst customer service. if there will be issue with the credit card I would do chargeback calling the credit card company and saying the company said they would cancel as I have the call recorded and the chats on my email. they have last chance to fix all their mistakes.

Amazing customer support and especially the account manager is always there to assist. Very competitive pricing and variatey of products.
My only recomendation would be to add an option to the website so that a business account is able to send invoices to different email addresses based on the billing address. At the moment all billing addresses send invoices to a common email address, and any change to that can only be done manually via the account manager.

The account manager assigned to me has been excellent in assisting with selecting the products I need and clarifying stock and shipping information. I knew what I wanted to achieve but did not know the best products to achieve it, and my account manager took my requirements and pointed me to the products I needed. Purchased, installed, working perfectly!
