“I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s buying process and customer service. They seem more concerned about their own interests than helping their customers. The toner I purchased turned out to be incompatible with my printer, and when I tried to return it, the process was unnecessarily difficult.”

I am now editing my review due to the fact that YB reached out and provided me with an additional set of toners and rectified the situation. As of now the toner cartridges with the smart chips are working well with my canon printer, and I’m also able to read the toner levels correctly. I will give them 4 stars for now and in time I may adjust my review further once I’ve I spent more time using the product. Thank you YB for making things right.
