"Two failed cartridges"

First of all, none of the cartridges I received were YB branded cartidges, and the Cyan and Magenta cartridges failed to work properly and tinted the entire page with a light coat of blue and red across the the entire page of each copy.

The cartridges I ordered were no longer compatible with my printer. (HP changed the firmware) YB TONER did not hesitate to send the updated replacement toner at no additional cost to me. They responded quickly and without hesitation. That is unheard of these days! The new cartridges work like a charm. I will continue to purchase my toner from them and I will definitely spread the word. Don't hesitate to give them a try

You sent the wrong cartridge! It is not the one I ordered and does not appear to work in the canon 652 color stream. I called your company and left a voice mail but you have not called me back.
