I was a little confused, as a first-time buyer, of the ybtoner high-density cartridge for my Canon MF452dw printer. It looked demonstrably different than the original equipment manufacturer's (lower density) cartridge.

"Sara" the Chat Gal satisfactorily helped me with that and, assuming this cartridge performs as promised, this is a 5-star deal b/c it was easy to order, delivery was reasonably prompt, and the coupon-discounted price was competitive. I will return for another one in the future.
