I found my claim very easy and straightforward to submit, I received an email almost instantly to let me know it had been received. I submitted my claim on Wednesday and I received an email to let me know I had been successful and the money was in my bank account one day later! Amazing customer service.

Very quick response, easy to sort out, great response from the company. The only problem is the form is very difficult to fill in if you only have a phone, hopefully the online portal is ready soon to make it easier.

I bitterly regret having booked this service! We had to return earlier for a health emergency in the family, and we had to buy new plane tickets, our return tickets not being cancellable, and exchangeable at very very high costs.
Today, True Traveler (although they told me by phone that it wouldn't be a problem) only reimburses me for the difference between my new tickets and my old ones (which isn't huge), and removes another €300 in administrative fees from my reimbursement. Results, they only reimburse us 300€ out of the 1300€ they were supposed to reimburse.
IN SHORT, I am extremely disappointed with their service, don't book it, their prices are advantageous but in case of trouble (which is supposed to be their job), they are useless, they are bad advice, and they will do everything to reimburse you as little as possible.

"Quick and easy claims process"
I had my phone stolen on Sunday, made a claim on Monday, and had the money by Tuesday. I'm really impressed with how smooth the process has been and how quick the turnaround time was - it's made a very stressful experience much easier for me.
