"Rental car damage claim"
A rock fell down from a cliff and hit our rented car causing damage in the car hood. The car rental company charged us 200 EUR extra for the damage. Luckily, I had added the Collision Damage Waiver Excess option to our insurance, so I claimed the 200 EUR. The TrueTraveller agent (Ana) answered me immediately and in a couple of hours they accepted the full claim and refunded the money.
I've been using True traveller to ensure all my trips since 2016 and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. They cover a huge range of activities and incidents for a very competitive price, and they are always fast and keep everything easy. They are simply the best.

Amazing! I got small surfing accident and hospital visit in Bali, filled up a form and had the claim accepted and money back on my account the next day. Cannot recommend them enough!

the communication was fast and clear. I liked it. Only the claim form was quite over-complicated, requested information not applicable to my case and was just pain to fill in as PDF. An interactive web-based form would be much better.

A very efficient service. I completed the claims form as I went to bed and by the next day the claim had been approved and the money was already in my account. I was also able to email directly with an employee when the incident I was claiming for occurred and they replied to the email with advice within a few hours.

"Couldn’t be better"
Being sick in a country far away from home, is stressful enough. I was so scared it would be a lot of work to get my money back, but I didn’t need to worry. Except from the fact that I had to find a place to print the Claim form, this process could not have been easier. The way true traveler handled the situation was quick, easy and with compassion. I can not recommend enough! They replied in one day, which exceeded all expectations. So happy!

I have nothing but good feelings about true traveller. I had an accident and they answered my questions and accompanied me in the process. i never had an insurance before so I can't compare, but I don't think I'll look for another one in the future. It's flexible, really perfect for travellers and effective.

"Easy, fast and super friendly"
I had to see a doctor in Mexico and turns out I have Covid. I made a claim and everyone was very helpful and super friendly. If your claim has anything to do with Covid you need to send your vaccination records as well. I didn’t know that at first but everything worked out great. Easy and very fast process!
