I ordered a dog towel and a cooling mat ,unfortunately the cooling mat got damaged in delivery and the company were brilliant in getting a replacement out to me without delay. As soon as it arrived My lurcher lay on it with a sigh of relief. Great to deal with a company that evidently cares about its customers. Happy to recommend.

My first cool mat received was damaged. I contacted Paws and Presto and they replaced it immediately with no hassle. It is a fabulous cool mat and really good quality. I will definitely buy from this company again - makes a nice change from Amazon!

Ordered an extra large micro fibre towel for our pooches.. the towel is awesome, I can get three of them dried off with just the one towel & it’s fab for when my dog finishes her hydrotherapy sessions ~ she’s so snug in her micro fibre towel

Ordered a set of dog towels and my dogs love them. They absorb the water really well. They wash and dry quickly. My dogs are medium size and the towels are just the right size for them. Arrived when they said they would. Would buy again🐶😁

"Poor Customer Service No Stars"

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Products purchased are of very good quality but customer service is failing this company. Items were returned (wrong size) as requested for a refund. It took 6 weeks to answer my emails. Eventually got a refund for half the amount. Emailed again and again to ask why not the full amount, to be told they only had half the order returned. This is simply not true. Still awaiting a response. This has been dragging on since the order was placed on 5/12/2020. However good the products, I will not be ordering again from them.
