"Love these drying bags"

I ordered 2 drying bags 1 small and 1 medium for a gift for my sister’s dogs
She is delighted with them
She has 2 coton de Tulear digs one very petite and the other much larger and stockier built so was unsure which sizes to buy
She says that they are perfect and are most welcome given the wet muddy Scottish climate she has to wash and dry both dogs after every walk
Will also be buying one to take to spain (when I’m allowed back)for my labradoodle who is in and out of the pool all the time

"Brilliant Drying Bags and Coats"

Absolutely love the dry bag and drying coat we have for our giant cross breed. She is currently 26kg so she’s still growing into the large dry bag but it is so brilliant for using after muddy or Sandy walks!! Tom is always helpful when we make queries (we ask a lot because our dog is rapidly growing)!

"BAD customer service"

After ordering on 25th Feb. It took 4 days to even process the order, when questioned the company blamed on delays out of there control ( clearly just forgetting to put order though as shown on tracking) when further questioned when I will be receiving my goods I had numerous emails back with very vague answers. Yet from the moment I have ordered I have been bombarded with emails from them trying to sell more to me. This company is extremely pushy for a sale and I’m still yet to receive the goods. For principal on there company ethic and bad customer service I will be avoiding them in the future. Let’s hope the order shows up soon ay!

I purchased a dog drying bag which was too big for our cocker spaniel
I was told to return it for a full refund. I followed all the return instructions and it was posted back first class with Royal Mail. Over 2 weeks later and 3 emails, I feel I am being fobbed off, and my last email has not been replied to. The dog bag was of good quality but the customer service is letting them down so I would not order from them again

"Paws up from us 🐾🐾"

We have paws presto fleeces for our spaniels. I absolutely love them. They keep them warm and dry so less cleaning for me and they wash brilliantly. We also have two. Microfibre towels. These are perfect for life near the sea. They quickly soak up the water after they've been swimming excellent quality products and customer service was fab. 😊

These towels are fantastic! How did we manage without them? I’m amazed at how quickly they dry two soggy labradors after a run on the beach. I’ve recently purchased a dry bag too. My lab wasn’t keen at first but it’s great for the car. Love the products and great support and customer service.

I found my dog was itching a lot but then I got this gorgeous smelling Paws & Presto shampoo as a gift and I haven’t looked back! The shampoo which contains Aloe Vera and Oatmeal has calmed my dog’s itchy skin! I also have the microfibre towel which is a must as it is so absorbent. I recommend the Skin and Paw balm too. All in all great products!

"Great product, lovely caring company"

What can I say. I have 2 microfiber towels and a drying robe for my cockapoo and that are fabulous. They work brilliantly and dry super fast but that's not why Paws and Presto are great! They are super friendly, you feel like you know them and they check up on customers.....on one occasion I got a quick email from Tom the owner to check on my order as he had not received a note saying it had been delivered! I love that Digby Doodle the cocker poodle sends me funny emails now and then too!
