No goods delivered, no way of contacting business. More fool me.

same experience as others that have posted. complete scam. avoid like the plague this company and any others linked.

Ordered in Dec, one email stating delays and then complete silence despite multiple attempts to contact

Minus 1 as like all the previous posts I have been duped … after an advertisement on Facebook I like many others ordered the towels for my dog … no towels no response to emails really angry they take your money and run … well I hope you enjoy

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered towels end of December. I have chased and chased asking for a refund. Originally I’d get the usual response that they are waiting for their suppliers in China etc. I have recently emailed twice now and the email bounces back as not deliverable. I’m guessing they have taken the money and run. Bunch of crooks!

I put my order through in December i understand they were closed for two weeks over Christmas but we are now into the 10th of March and still not had any of my delivery. I think three months is not what you would expect. When you call which l have done about 10 times and it goes to voice mail straight away. Someone must be listing to the messages or there voice box would be full and not able to take a message. When l have emailed them told it’s out of there control and to please be patient.

Placed an order in December 2022. As of March 2023, there is still no delivery. No response to enquiries, no refund.
I guess the business defaulted, interestingly s new business has been incorporated with the same name very recently according to Companies House records.
Now their website is down, too.

Ordered in January and not received anything. Told early Feb they were have logistic problems with Deliveries. Still nothing and no replies to my requests for refunds. Going to claim back through my credit card.

Ordered 2 towels on 31Dec - was advised of delays in January , further delays advised , have tried to email today to cancel order as fed up with waiting and emails being returned as undeliverable!!
