"Do not buy unless your happy to wait 2 months and be ignored"
I placed the order for a simple towel on the website it said in stock and ready to be delivered within 3-5 working days. This was on Dec 6th. Dec 13th came and I emailed the company just to get a generic reply. I chased again 4 days later - again nothing. I finally got a very brief reply another week later saying they were behind with orders and will be shipping alot the next week and that they were a very small team dealing with a lot of emails but there was not one word of apology of accountability - just excuses! (Bearing in mind this was part of an xmas present for someone that had mentioned they wanted one) xmas came and went and still nothing! When I emailed again 2x again with some feedback of Mayb hiring some extra people to man the emails etc and to ensure they update their website with correct info ie being transparent about stock levels and shipping time. I suggested they could send me an extra towel as a gesture of goodwill for the long wait time, lack of communication and wait and inconvenience of al of this. I said for the small cost to them of an extra towel is very low in comparison that I would still leave a great review on website, and buy from them again etc . I was completely ignored yet again and sent another random generic email! This is meant to be a small business which I always try and buy from but small businesses if they want to grow NEED recommendations, good reviews and word of mouth. Now for the cost of an extra towel to be sent along with the one I was waiting for is not a big cost to them as I would have willingly bought from them probably many times again and also gave them a good review feeling like they do care for their customers and I would have recommended them. But I feel very disappointed with this company they clearly do not give a dam about customer experience accuracy of their website info etc. Such a shame as they had a lot of potential.

Avoid this company - beginning to think they are a scam! Ordered a towel and a drying bag in December. Had an email the start of January asking me to choose a different colour as mine was out of stock which I did. I have heard nothing back from the company despite emailing them repeatedly for a refund over a week ago. I’m left almost £50 out of pocket!

First experience with the company. Ordered drying towel bundle for the dogs on the 8th Jan, other than the conformation of order and payment being taken I have received no update or delivery. Have emailed direct and through the shop app and no response, also messaged through messenger and have had no reply. Paid through PayPal and they also tried to contact the supplier, i assume with no reply as PayPal have just refunded me the money.
Poor way to run a company, a little communication goes a long way
Update 7/2 in response to reply from P&P - that's fine but still should be communicated to folk who have placed orders and yes I was refunded via PayPal as per original review. You also, after reading the original post, messaged asking when was good to call me and didn't when I replied. I get that it's difficult to run a business but communication counts for so much

Had an issue with delivery, items didn’t turn up due to postage issues so received a full refund.

Edit : Tom contacted me to explain their situation and has now refunded the order. Review updated from 1 star to 2 star.
First order placed via sale email and was charged full price for 2 extra large towels when 1 should have been free. No response from numerous emails asking to refund 1 of the towels. Now asking to cancel and refund full order and still no response!

"Unfortunately"
Unfortunately, I am another unhappy customer. I ordered a premium dog fleect on the 12th December and have still not received it. I have emailed, left phone messages but have had no update on my order. I can understand the item may not be received within the usual time frame due to festive season and current strikes etc but to have no communication is incredibly frustrating. Like others, I am also writing this review in the hope that it will produce a response. My last communication to them I took the difficult decision to ask for a refund so that I could then seek another supplier, however, I have still not received a response.

Hi placed order on the 30th November and understand as a small business owner myself that things can go wrong, the drying bag and extra towel for the late delivery, have still not arrived 16/01/2023, requested a refund if they could not deliver by last week still no communication even though it states "I aim to come back to you within 48 hours"
Update 17/01/2023 just had call from Tom explaining situation that is why I have now changed to 3 stars, will update further once goods have arrived. Received refund from them and goods just arrived today 30/01/2023

"I ordered 3 towels on the 8th December…"
I ordered 3 towels on the 8th December 2022. It is now the 14th January and I have still not received my towels.
Meanwhile I am still receiving marketing emails and there was even a 50% off sale for boxing day when I had been waiting such a long time for my order which is really disheartening and felt like a slap in the face.
Banner on website says orders shipping on 3rd January - again not true. There needs to be clear communication on this website as to how long the order time is. It's very misleading for customers.
Totally understand small businesses can fall into hardship but at that point, you should stop taking people's money until you're sorted OR have clear communication on the website so that people can make an informed decision.
Really quick to takes peoples money. Trying to back it up with responses on here saying thanks for the feedback it helps us improve as a company etc when there are many reviews on here and on Facebook from people all experiencing the same problem.
UPDATE: I eventually received the towels although one of the colours was wrong and have had an email asking me to review my orange towel which I didn't receive I had a green one instead. They did give me an extra towel though. Still wouldn't recommend.

I’ve ordered towels and a drying bag in November 2022. They still haven’t arrived. I’ve send several email and received automatic emails saying that the order will be dispatched shortly. No communication whatsoever. Meanwhile I keep receiving regular weekly marketing emails. If there weren’t so many other reviews here, I’d be sure that this company is a scam.
I totally understand how hard it is for a small business nowadays. And that’s exactly the reason why I ordered from them. But communication is a must!
My dog and I are both strongly disappointed
