This is a fake business. They have taken my money for an order 21/01/2023 and hasn't shipped the goods.
Not only this but they haven't responded to any communications and now I am have to claim through VISA.
Avoid this business at all costs.

Ordered 31st December, initially had regular updates explaining manufacturing issues and then logistic issues in early February. Then silence.
Emailing their support team on Tuesday got me an automated response saying they’d aim to get back to me within 48 hours, today I got a “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender”.
Companies house shows the business has an active proposal to strike off (dissolving) submitted in feb.
Very disappointing that they didn’t issue any communications.
I was happy to wait and support them with their issues providing they communicated.
I have contacted my bank to try and get my money back.
Update: refund processed via my bank.

Placed an order 10th January & payment of £48 taken. Chased delivery 21/1, received emails blaming Chinese New Year & logistical issues & promised delivery in early February. Goods still not received & not replying to my phone calls & emails requesting a refund. Try to support small businesses but this is appalling customer service.

I ordered some towels at the end of Dec. Had a couple of emails to explain they have had logistical issues and this is why I have not received the goods. However, I am trying to contact them to get a refund as over 2 months is too long. The email address given on their website is returned as non-deliverable, I have left messages on the phone numbers given but no return phone calls, I am going to try and pursue other methods of contact but I am not 100% sure the company is still trading at this point.

Placed an order on 11th January’23. One week later, could see it hadn’t been dispatched. Emailed them to ask for estimated delivery time, was advised beg of February. Chased again on 6th February, email ignored Called them and left a message asking them to contact me, also ignored. Further 3 emails eventually threatening with Trading Standards and requesting a refund. As at 2nd March, no contact from them and no refund. Unprofessional and rude. AVOID at all costs!!.
