His customer service was great and we completely trusted his judgement and advice. He is just very natural. Professional but not pushy and his knowledge was great. We very much appreciated his help when picking the car up and think it's a great touch that time was spent with us setting up my phone and showing us how to.use all the gadgets rather than leaving us to just read the manual when we got home.
