I have been using John Banks Suzuki at bury since 2017 and have nothing but praise to say about the quality of work given and the way you are treated as being a very special customer by Gary at the service department.
Now having bought a new car from them I can now give the same good review to the sales team who looked after us very well especially David who took the time to explain and sort everything out which made the whole process a pleasurable experience.

I picked up my new Suzuki on 30th September. I had met with Rob the previous week to find a suitable replacement car. He was welcoming, friendly, polite, answered all questions asked. I was extremely pleased with the deal we made and he dealt with every aspect of the purchase. I just had to turn up to pick it up, sign a few papers and pay the bill. Simple transaction. The team in the showroom were all friendly and helpful. Rob is an asset to the Company and gets 10/10. I received a call from Rob and few days after bringing the new car home to see how I was getting on. I know if I have any problems the team at Bury will always take my call and give me advise.

Rob made the purchase of my new Suzuki Swift a complete pleasure. His help and expertise about the range helped to select the right car for me. Great service from Honda and Rhys when we part exchanged our original 10 yr old Honda Jazz for a newer Crosstar Hybrid . Needed to get hardwired dash cam removed so we could transfer it to the new car which they offered to do as part of the deal .

Used their self service check in for car servicing. It asks you to check your car in and place your keys in a box and indicate where the vehicle is parked. It’s all very easy and convenient. I don’t know what made me check, but after half an hour in the waiting area I asked the service guy if they realised I had checked the vehicle in. Just as well I asked as they hadn’t realised. What an appalling system, I can’t believe I’m the first customer to experience this. It’s all basic stuff, sort it out!

The Service you get from John Banks is fantastic. This is the second car we have purchased from them. Rhys the sales man made the whole process easy and explained everything clearly and gave us options. We did not feel any pressure from the process of buying a new car. The pickup was seamless and the cars presentation was superb. Nothing is too much trouble and Rhys told us to contact him if we encountered any snags. Also making a follow up phone call to ensure we were happy. Very happy customers.
