I noted the extended lead time (around one month) when ordering and was advised by Hanshaine the same via email after ordering just to be sure I knew and was happy with that. Communication was very good during the order and upon arrival, the battery fitted perfectly and worked well in a first gen iPod and bought it back to life. Great service at a good price.

It actually arrived 2 days before the notification email came to tell me it was despatched! Kudos to Shine who took my call and was friendly and efficient.

They not only replaced the battery at no cost but were incredibly attentive in following-up with me to ensure the new battery was working to expectation.
