I inadvertently bought an incorrect spare battery for a current model stick vacuum cleaner from Better Batt after being misled by the vacuum retailer. Better Batt offered me a full refund without service costs after they were unable to offer a replacement. The Company's online rep Shine was most helpful, efficient and understanding. I highly recommend this company for your battery needs.

"This "company" is a BIG JOKE!!!"
They promise a 400 day money back guarantee with a complete refund but when the wrong item was returned and in the original sealed plastic sleeve because it wasn't compatible they refused to issue a complete refund for the sales taxes and the shipping. They refused to acknowledge the search function on their website is faulty and showing the wrong product which created the issue from the beginning. They kept going back and forth with different staff members jumping in into the chat without showing the courtesy to admit their fault. The chat was ended abruptly when one of "their bosses" joined in. I contacted PayPal regarding the issue and they refunded the rest of the amount they withheld. This company is a BIG JOKE and should not be operating in the Australian market. They are trying to make a dishonest buck by making mistakes and not admitting their fault.
