Paid for a 24 hour service and… 192 hours still don’t have my wedding suit back, no phone number they answer. Latest is they’ll get back to us in 24 hours and they are “looking for it”.
Save yourself a lot of bother.

"Booked 24hr service and items still not back"
Items due back today (Wed evening). Cancelled without any communication and moved to Friday at 9pm-11pm. We are going to a wedding on Friday and you have my dress for the wedding and my other half’s white shirts. If we book a 24 hour service it’s just unacceptable that it is moved to a 72 hour one with no communication. I need these items back. I’ve asked to change delivery or collect myself but no response.

"Do not recommend"
Do not recommend. Damage caused to dress. 12 items came back with new creases ironed into them and visible marks of an iron shape on some of my clothes... Customer service very defensive. They did offer to try to "fix", but after the way my clothes had been treated I did not want to give my clothes back to them. They made it too difficult to pursue a complaint to be worth the time. I would not trust.

"Returned a wash with black dye leaked…"
Returned a wash with black dye leaked all over it then said they wouldn’t talk to me because the care labels didn’t match the service (they did) before arranging the items to be picked up & re cleaned… sending them back once again still damaged covered in black dye. Clothes destroyed & unrecoverable with no offer of compensation, chased responses for days now going onto week 3. Do not trust this service

Ruined my down bed cover, they processed it without reading the instructions & it's literally ruined. I do not recommend this service.

"totally disorganised - more hassle than its worth"
This just doesn't work. The collection was hours late and involved a lot of calls back and forth. The delivery was the same, not same day at all but two days later, hours late and I had to wait around and delay a meeting making a load of calls back and forth. when it came to payment I was initially charged a random amount which was nearly 50% over what I owed, I asked for an invoice which was totally wrong when it came and I had to go back and challenge why I'd been charged more, charged for a same day service and not given the 'first-time discount'.
The clothes, when they came back, had been cleaned well. Everything around that was just so much more hassle than it was worth.

"False advertising and poor service"
Firstly, they advertise next day return of your clothes but it never actually gets delivered as "the facility needed more time to process the order", so essentially this is false advertising and I will be reporting as such.
Secondly they send out tracking links which work for a bit to give the impression the order is out even when it's not.
I also asked for my clothes to be returned even if they weren't completed as I needed to use them as I could've washed them or taken them somewhere else but they refused to do that so great customer service there. I had to go out and purchase a new suit because of that.
Finally their staff are incredibly rude on the chat service and the time taken to response is again not what is advertised and there is no way to call anyone. I will not be using this service again as the first time this happened I thought it was a one off but not it happened again...

"Had to SUE them to get my clothes back"
Laundrapp collected a bunch of my shirts to wash. They then missed the re-delivery saying something about no drivers in the area. Over more than three weeks later, still no clothes. I had to go to the small claims court and file a claim for the cost of replacing all the shirts before finally, a few days later my shirts were returned. Needless to say, I will never trade with Laundrapp again. Any company that needs to be taken to court to return my own clothes to me is sadly not fit for purpose. I would respectfully ask that they cease trading.
Laundrapp refunded me for the cost of my order (understandable, given the performance) but I never got the cost of my small court claim so it cost me something like £70 to retrieve my own property from them.

"Do not use this company"
Do not use this company. I sent 4 king size bundles. Within the bundle you are allowed 1 duvet, 1 sheet and 4 pillowcases.
3 of my bundles had 2 pillowcases and one bundle had 3. Total 9. I got an email saying I had an extra pillowcase. Sent an email saying actually I have 7 less than allowed and after 2 days of backwards and forwards emails and trying to call... I got nowhere. No refund for the 'extra' pillowcase. No phone call. So unbelievably frustrating. Very sad as they used to be great. I'm never using them again. Appalling customer service

"Such a great service"
Such a great service. Always on time with collections and deliveries. Very polite staff and normally the same person collects and delivers back.
I would highly recommend Laundrapp to anyone.
