Laundrapp is a revelation. Brilliant service and timely pickup and delivery. The dry cleaning of my formal shirts and trousers have been the best I have ever experienced, and that too without me stepping a foot outside the house.

Good service...I was wondering how I was going to get my winter duvet cleaned, It would have been difficult to get to the laundrette as I don't drive, then I discovered Laundrapp, what a great idea, they picked up my duvet on time, kept me updated and delivered back to me on time clean, I will be using them again.

Their service is completely below any standards seen before for any launderettes:

This is my story, believe it or not but this is it:

Laundrapp has two services which are distinguished by 2 different colours, put your "wash and fold" items in the blue bag and they will be washed at 30 degrees celsius and folded OR BLACK bag for dry cleaning. Dry cleaning is pretty self explanatory in the UK.

I am a loyal customer and this pains me but, after placing over 20 orders with them, I sent some items to the laundry using the same method. They managed to ruin my VERY EXPENSIVE Ron Dorff cotton items and my VERY EXPENSIVE Francobol Carioca T-shirts. They washed them, folded them and compressed them at the bottom of a blue bag - despite the items being in a black bag for dry cleaning.

I complained, they took the items away - in a black bag again PLUS some other items including a £700 Ron Dorff Cashmere Fly/travel kit.

The items were returned in a blue bag, completely ruined, the cashmere items had shrunk and had drier burn marks all over them.

I contacted them and they told me they would open an investigation. LOL, I mean, come on! Seriously??? JUST OWN THE F U C K UP And reimburse me for my items? YOU have had 2 chances and ruined them twice, the second time beyond repair!!!

Take your chances, risk it if you want it! My advice: HIRE A CLEANER AND GET YOUR STUFF DONE ONCE A WEEK WHILE YOUR HOUSE IS BEING CLEANED. IT WILL BE CHEAPER.

My clothes came back completely faded and with discoloration.
I contacted customer service and they refused to take any responsibility of it.
I’m very disappointed and can’t recommend their services to anyone.

"Didn’t show up on time, poor service"

Arranged collection for 9-10 today. No one appeared. Chased them via support they said the driver had an issue with the app, could he pick up at 6pm. That the dry cleaning would be returned a day later due to this issue.

This was completely useless for us as we were going away for the weekend and needed the dry cleaning for returning to work on Tuesday.

I cancelled the order and was then told it would take 5 working days for them to refund me! Absolutely shocking service!

Items washed as requested, collected as requested and returned as requested - what more could you want?!
The staff are friendly and for the prices, they provide a fantastic service - especially for things like bedding and duvet laundry - my washer or dryer cannot wash/dry a kingsize duvet, so the bedding service is super!!!
I would and have already, recommended LAUNDRAPP - for me, a brilliant service well worth a try - you'll be hooked 😉!!
