Terrible service! Still haven’t received my garment back!! They claim a coat which has previously been dry cleaned (with no issues) that they dry cleaned and RUINED has been ruined due to a manufacturing fault.... utter NONSENSE!! Nobody to speak to, no compensation and still no garment.
AVOID! You may as well throw your clothes away

"HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE"
HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. I have spent hundreds on the app and had no issues until last week, when I dry cleaned a brand new glittery evening dress after one event and before another. I didn't open the garment bag until the day of my event (again, no other issues w the 10 previous dresses I cleaned w the service) and it was HORRIFYINGLY MANGLED. I was in shock - the gorgeous glitter pattern was gone - clearly the glitter had been ripped from the top of the dress and came out in mangled patterns on the bottom. It looked as if the dress had gone through an actual washing machine load, which it apparently DID. Customer service WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME and is refusing to acknowledge this 250GBP dress screw up because I complained hours after the deadline. They even had the audacity to tell me that the glitter on the garment affected other garments - NO KIDDING! NO WONDER THERE WAS NO GLITTER LEFT ON THE DAMN DRESS. Horrified customer that will never use this app again.
Now they are telling me it’s a manufacturing issue - completely missing the point. How in good business practice do you not notify a customer that you have damaged the garment in the process of trying to clean it? That is YOUR responsibility. There should have been a note, an app message - no apology anywhere for not only not cleaning the dress but ruining it. How can there be a damage report record internally and nothing reported to the customer? Just praying and hoping that I wouldn’t notice until after your arbitrary deadline? DISGUSTING and CHEATING of a company to do so. SHAMEFUL.
Also- I reread the care details and it says the garment needs to be turned inside out before washing. Given the amount of glitter that was ripped off and ended up on other garments in the load apparently - I attest that the garment was not properly turned inside out and cleaned. Where can I dispute this?

This is a great idea/app, fast turn around easy to book and drop off is good, my items where ironed to a much higher standard that l would ever be able to get too,
Down side,
If you contact on line support out if hours, you get three emails saying, emails are not looked at try online chat so you get stuck in a loop and end up with 3 emails from one online chat...
Will happily use this service again

Used the service and was happy with it - ironing was ok, very nice and friendly drivers collecting and returning the laundry and always spot-on on time! But - the company has decided to no longer service my area - without any notice to customers! This is unacceptable business behaviour

Really terrible customer service. They ruined a silk item of clothing (it completely shrank) and then told me it was my fault for not returning it within 7 days. At no point is the customer advised of the 7 day period. You put trust in them to return your most precious items of clothing intact and they couldn't care less about my complaint.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Great prices and very very convenient. Our location sometimes creates a challenge for drivers but even this was faultless.
Brilliant and will use for the foreseeable future for my dry cleaning needs.

First time using the app and I am very happy with it. Time-saving laundry service and outstanding customer care. I would improve the environmental sustainability of the delivery, by taking back the plastic covers and hangers to be re-used if not needed. Overall, I am satisfied and I will definitely use it again.
