"Straightforward, quick and easy"
Straightforward, quick turnaround and competitive pricing. I also live in a new development so my flat isn't the easiest to find but the driver is really friendly and accommodating.
Will definitely keep using in the future.

"Stay away!"
I have used the app for 6 months. I knew it wasn't the best service from the beginning but the convenience of picking up the clothes from home kept me as a client until I decided to delete the app for the following reasons:
1- The quality of ironing the shirts is poor, specially the collar (almost always wrinkly collar).
2-Be aware that your definition of a shirt is not always the same as the company. The company created a classification system to charge you more money. Be carful! this has cost me an extra £30
3-The company is happy to charge you without your permission, and there is no limit. When I discovered by accidant in the 1st day that the bill went from £50 to £80 no one had contacted me regarding this extra cost. When I called them to cancel the order they managed to delay the process of cancelling until the delivery date, and I was charged the £80 for 20 shirts. Their customer relations employee Sanjeev was my pint of contact.
4- Be sure that the company will charge for any extra item was found by mistake. I always booked and prepaid in advance to avoid nasty surprises but it seems this app and management are keen to make your life hard. Once I forgot a handkerchief in my trouser's pouket and they charged me a £7 for dry-cleaning this tiny piece of fabric.
5- No contact number! just crappy email service and online chat system.
6-Rude drivers. You can't expect the lift will be avalaibe for you every-time you need it in London. 3rd floor is nothing, infact if you can't walk to the 4th floor you should be tasted for a potential heart disease.
7-Poor quality hangers that always made the clothes wrinkly.
8-Be sure that your stained clothes will comeback the same, but with a note that they couldn't remove it. Happened to me 6 times.
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this app

"Let down by its poor customer service"
I used Laundrapp for around a year and found them to be generally pretty good. Unfortunately their customer service in the event of any problem is appalling.
A sheet was returned covered in engine oil and after a laughable internal investigation i was informed that they had concluded that the marks “after close inspection, determined with car oil. None of the products we use in the facility is oil based”.
The sheet was washed again and I was told that it would be returned with most of the stain gone, it was not until I expressly asked that they refund the cost of washing the sheet that they agreed to do so.
It’s a shame as it has ruined for me what was otherwise a good service. Each person that I spoke to was defensive and unwilling to say any more than deny any responsibility.
FYI laundrapp - I was not looking for anything more than the cost of the wash back. Mistakes Happen. Had you have dealt with this a little more professionally you would more than likely still have a customer.

"Terrible"
Terrible. Didn't knock on the door or ring the bell just drove off when I didn't answer a txt. Rubbish service. Won't be using again. Avoid.

"This has been life changing"
This has been life changing! Customer service is excellent too. Thanks especially to my driver Abubakar last night who waited patiently for me when I was delayed getting home and was super nice about it!

"Quality of service is APPALLING"
Quality of service is APPALLING. When we first started using them last year, I was frustrated that our laundry would come back folded inside out, so instead of reaping the time saving benefit of outsourcing laundry, id have to spend time refolding most of our clothes once returned. Now all of our clothes are returned in a piling heap in the laundry bag. Nothing is folded, everything this wrinkled. It’s as if they removed our clothing from the dryer and just carelessly tossed everything into the bag. Each time there’s been an excuse that what I’m requesting is not part of the service they offer at this time? Seriously, folding laundry is not a service that a laundry company provides? What is it that you do then?

"Avoid the stress and don’t use this…"
Avoid the stress and don’t use this service. 3 items came back damaged and other than a refund for the wash, nothing else done. I still have a dress that can no longer be worn due to missing ties and jeans very badly discoloured. Service and after service appallingly bad. Such a shame I think they started well but have failed to deliver.
For damage to my clothes of over £500, great that Laundrapp think they’ve done the best they could. Whilst labels are there for guidelines, common sense should also be used and more so the professional service you’d expect.

"Excellent service"
Mr Michael Wise from Laundrapp went above the call of customer service this evening - friendly, professional, and helped me with my order when I had not submitted it properly. Thank you.
