"Had excellent service from Laundrapp…"
Had excellent service from Laundrapp and no major problems. Any probs have, when they have occurred, are quickly and swiftly resolved.
Drivers are always polite. This weeks driver was Dan-Gabriel. Always helpful as I have arthritis in the lumber and neck. He will hang up garments in my hall and bring the blue bag in. Brilliant bloke but had no cash to tip him. He needs 5 gold stars and a pay rise

"Trust the poor reviews. Avoid. Inept and accuse you of lying"
They have just cheated me out of about £30.00 for items they didn’t receive from me nor clean. On the app, I admittedly selected ‘sets’ of bedding. Their app and website say they will correct errors at their site, which they did not and they subsequently overcharged me which I termed to dispute. They then said their facility manager states what they charged me was in fact correct. Which is not true. The ticket they had attached to the returned items was correct but they said the ticket is incorrect. The ticket had even been hand amended to up the number of items which obviously had I been trying to cheat them, wouldn’t have done. Their website says they don’t use safety pins as these create holes but everything I got back had safety pins in them with holes made in all my items. Why is your information inaccurate when people rely on it? Their customer service treated me like a liar, all over a few pounds. They can happily keep the money as they will clearly need it. Cheating people means your business will shrink so hold on to that extra money, you’ll need it before I do! Disgusting service and this was my first order. I’ll happily take my money elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
RE RESPONSE FROM COMPANY:
They only 'did their best' after a massive email chain of accusatory nonsense and denials from them and an email from me telling them I was going to write and post bad reviews. If you call that 'their best', I'd hate to see their worst. Besides, prior to that, your service was terrible. The measure of a company is how well it handles things when they go wrong. Unfortunately, your company don't handle things well when they go wrong at all as can be seen from the myriad reviews mentioning it. I would not trust you again, ever. Especially after such a poor response from you to this review.

"I couldn’t recommend this company…"
I couldn’t recommend this company enough - their pricing is transpasparent and their pickup times are flexible, convenient and accurate. The cleaning quality is great and I love the app that tells you precisely when to expect your pick-up/drop-off. Laundrapp employees are also really friendly. If you haven’t used this service before, do it now - the convenience will change your life!

"No longer worth using!!!"
This company started out well with their service to us, however, recently their cleaning quality has deteriorated to a point where our clothes come back smelling like smoke and have clearly not been cleaned properly. More recently, marks which we asked to be removed were ignored (marks like food stains which were simple to remove) and most recently my wifes brand new Tumi jacket was damaged after it had been dry-cleaned. When we complained, Laundrap had the audacity to tell us that the jacket was old and worn; when we showed them the receipt indicating the jacket was two weeks old and had only been worn once, they decided to change their accusation and say that the material was cheap. Having owned Tumi for many years we knew this was not correct and so we challenged them on this and asked for the jacket to be replaced. They have ignored us to date and have left us with no choice but to take this claim further with the Ombudsman.
Even if the material was not suitable for dry-cleaning, they should have notified us that they were not able to clean the item. Instead they ruined a perfectly good jacket and then attempted to blame us and Tumi.

"Pleasant surprise"
First time user, the service has been exemplary, live chat and pick up (drop off handy and very friendly). They were super punctual, came when promised, to the minute. Most importantly, the goods came back as good as new (feather king mattress cover, and single feather duvet cover). The price promised was honoured. Would be happy to use the service again and hope the service level and quality is maintained second time around.

"My knitwear has been destroyed"
My knitwear has been destroyed
UPDATE- Tuesday 29th January.
Still no satisfactory result. The company have assumed responsibility for the damage to my knitwear but have only refunded me £15 for one lot of dry cleaning. Insult!!
I was promised i would be contacted on Friday about compensation. Then they said Monday. Nothing so far.
One damaged jumper cost £130 in Jigsaw a couple of months ago. A Vince jumper was £175 in the Harvey Nichols sale last year. It was returned with a hole in the sleeve, and is now unwearable. A Brora cable knit cashmere cardigan is not so shrunken it would only fit a child. Three more Jigsaw jumpers which cost over £100 each have also shrunk.
I am stunned that although the company acknowledged this damage happened on their premises, they seem to feel no obligation to make a reasonable compensation offer.
Do not give precious items of clothing to this company.
UPDATE: Saturday 19th January
Still waiting ro receive the results of Laundrapp’s ‘inspection’ of my damaged clothes. They have already passed their own 72 hour deadline for responding.
Awful customer service.
Two lots of dry cleaning - six pieces of knitwear in all, worth hundreds of pound totally ruined. I requested dry cleaning and they all look like they have been boil washed. A Vince sweater returned with a huge hole in the arm. Four Jigsaw sweaters have shrunk inches in the length and arms and a cashmere Brora cable knit cardigan is now tiny. I am awaiting their response but these clothes will require me to spent a lot of money to replace them. So upset and disappointed.
I have already sent photos to Laundrapp and suggested a collection time. Hopefully they will respond to this before the two week deadline they mentioned!

"Overall very decent service in my limited experience."
Got a voucher when I bought a suit so thought I would try Laundrapp to dry clean a 3 piece suit. Booking via the website only gave me limited pick up and drop off times, but for some reason I was able to change these via the app later (why couldn't I have had those options on the website?). They picked up and delivered when they said they would. One thing I didn't like was having to put my nice wool 3 piece suit in a black bag with no hangers or anything... They wouldn't take it hanging on hangers, which seemed more appropriate for an item like that to me. It came back on hangers of course and they appear to have done a decent job. I would recommend others try it based on my experience so far.

"I will start with saying that I've been…"
I will start with saying that I've been an on and off costumer with Laundapp for a couple of years. The service was ok not without problems such as not properly cleaned items or items returned with deep smoke odour (I'm a non-smoker), drivers getting lost or not arriving at all but those problems were normally resolved. The only reason I kept using Laundrapp is for convenience of collection after hours and drop off which was important to me with my busy life.
And I would probably continue using them until recently when they completely ruined my brand new jacket.
I sent 2 jackets and two shirts in and received back one dirty jacket (I wish I could load a picture to show), second jacket was burned at the front and with what looks like an iron burn at the back, one shirt with stains. The jacket was purchased 3 weeks prior at Tumi and only worn once on the flight as it converts in to pillow. After going back and forward and many complains I've been told that the jacket was old and the hole is due to wear and tear. Are you serious??? After sending them a receipt of purchase I've been told it's cheaply made and material is too thin. Really? Cheaply made Tumi jacket??? Why did you take it to clean then if it's too thin???
I will not leave this and will do whatever it takes for this pathetic company to pay for their mistakes. If after reading this you still want to use them, think again.
