Decided to enquire with Pink after I saw their deals on the special offer cars and the price came out considerably cheaper than through a dealership directly. Barry was brilliant, he was very patient, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The process from finance approval to delivery of car was 4 weeks so very quick. Car arrived in a spotless condition. Would definitely recommend Pink!

"After a bad experience with Total…"

After a bad experience with Total Motion I felt I should also note to decent people out there that my experience with Pink wasn’t the best.
The vehicle arrived with a sticky dollop of glue on the windscreen. It was not soluble and would not wash off. The vehicle required some work at BMW locally I spotted and I asked Pink to include cleaning off the glue as I could not easily, but mainly felt it should not be handed over like this. Pink called BMW to cancel this extra work. I handed vehicle back and they nearly tried to charge cleaning off glue two on years later but for angry comment to car checking.

Despite being let down by BMW (building the wrong spec of car - so no fault of Pink Leasing) Courtenay in Sales & Marketing was relentless in helping me to find another suitable car and get the best deal available. It took over 6 months - but we eventually got there. Throughout the process she was cheerful, courteous and very responsive. I would definitely recommend Pink and suggest you ask for Courtenay!

"Review of Pink"

This is the second time I have used Pink. A bit of a mixed bag this time.
Lots of initial difficulties in getting Liam to respond to me and had to be prompted numerous times to answer my questions. He was particularly unhelpful when I wanted to extend my existing lease.
I stuck with them and from Sales Support Pritesh was brilliant - keeping me up to date with expected delivery dates. He also arranged for my new car delivery within days of my old lease ending.

"I have had a really good experience…"

I have had a really good experience this far and would recommend. I knew exactly what car and spec I wanted and couldn’t find a deal that even got close to PCL deal. I’ve never done leasing before and Barry helped and answered any questions I had with patience.

A few hiccups with getting the finance sorted and the delivery date of vehicle (communication error between us all) but nothing that would put me off in the future!
