The initial discussions re the vehicle and the spec required were good.
Easy to agree the general terms and sign off for delivery.
Then there is a lag when you are not certain when the vehicle will be delivered. We had to chase a couple of times. We needed to change the delivery date, which the company was not an issue but when confirmation was sent it was the wrong day. Another call sorted this out.
The delivery was spotless. The Chap with the vehicle was excellent.
Overall i was pleased with the experience and would recommend them.

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. There is a complete lack of customer service at Pink Car Leasing.
Ordered a car in August and they sold it before they sent paperwork. We had another on order they sold it in September, supposedly we have a car coming in October but can’t tell us when because no one returns calls or emails. A formal complaint has been sent but even managers don’t reply. Save yourself the hassle and use a different lease company.

Had a great experience with Pink Car Leasing getting my new car. It took less than 6 weeks from placing my order, to the car being delivered. Shout out to Tom and Pritesh who were both really helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed and update regularly.

"Scammers…"

Caught my attention with a deal that seemed too good to be true. Went through the process of getting finance approved only to find out there was a mistake in ordering the car and it had to be cancelled. Apparently there were 20 of us in the same position.

They offered to find alternatives but simply didn't come back to me. I think they got frustrated with me in the end.

So either this deal was a way to draw in business and then upsell to more expensive deals or the company is incompetent. Either way I suggest you avoid.
