"Possibly the most patient car leasing company"
Possibly the most patient car leasing company around! Having decided on a car I liked, they found one but I didn't like the colour. Then, they gave lots of other suggestions but again I didn't feel any were right for me. When they came up with the right car and a good deal, the credit people took exception to me despite a 975/999 rating.
Finally, we seem to have found the right car in the right colour and my credit application has been accepted. Still not on the driveway, but Billy at Pink has never complained or given up the fight and has kept me informed throughout. Thumbs up to them all.

I recently approached Billy Ward at Pink Car Leasing to find me my next car lease deal. I am so glad I did. I found Billy to be approachable, diligent and quick to respond. Nothing is too much trouble and he was happy to keep revisiting quotes within no time at all to source the perfect deal for me. Subsequently, as I have gone through the finance process I have also dealt with Josh and Benjamin who have been equally professional and user friendly. My first time leasing a car. Chris, Ben and team were super helpful throughout the process explaining everything. When my preferred car wasn’t available for a long time they offered a much nicer alternative at an even cheaper price. Most competitive pricing in the market that I could see.
The whole process was super smooth and I got my car after about 2 weeks, all excellent couldn’t be happier.

"Don't trust Pink Vehicle Leasing"
I asked for an early settlement on the car lease and was told verbally and in writing that I would get a 50% discount on the remaining payments.
On that basis I order a new car.
Now they tell me that there is no discount and the employee (rather ex-employee) got it wrong and now they spout contract terms at me.
If The Financial Ombudsman/FCA don't uphold my imminent complaint referral then I really don't know what they are in position to do. A member of Pink Vehicle Leasing told me how the early termination would work and now Pink Vehicle Leasing do the complete opposite!
UPDATE;
I noticed your reply to my Trustpilot review so thought it would be good to absolutely spell out what my issue is.
The early termination charge is made up of 2 elements; 1. the remaining rentals and 2. the excess mileage charge. The excess mileage charge is (as per the contract) 13.00 PPM up to a maximum of 15% over contracted mileage, after which any additional excess mileage will be charged at a rate equivalent to 1.6 times the Base Excess Mileage Charge. You have this calculated at £4,134.00 which is only £4 different when I calculate it to £4,130. I have never disputed this element as it's in the contract and I understand the basic principle that a car's value is basically determined by the age, mileage and condition. By paying the excess mileage charge I am correcting the mileage depreciation. What is in dispute is the remaining rental charge. I agree that there is nothing in the contract which mentions any discount for early termination and that is why I contacted Pink Vehicle Leasing to say I was considering my next vehicle and asking what would be the situation if I terminated early. Although not in the contract, your employee verbally and in writing confirmed a 50% reduction in the remaining monthly lease rentals would apply. I took this information, like I did with the contract a face value. It also seems appropriate as you have correcting the age depreciation (like I do with the excess mileage) as you are having the car back 8 months earlier than expected.
I would also, like to justify my wish for you to uphold what your employee and therefore your company have said in giving me the 50% reduction in rentals payments as if I look at your website this morning on a new Tesla Long Range these are the figures over a 1+47 contract;5,000 miles per annum = £640.5610,000 miles per annum = £669.13 (£28.57 more) - works out to 6.85p PPM15,000 miles per annum = £695.96 (£55.40 more) - works out to 6.65p PPM

"Terrible service"
Terrible service. Staff were very unprofessional. Continuously had to chase for up dates and information. My delivery email, with my number plate, home address and personal information was sent to the wrong person twice despite multiple recorded calls where I verified my correct email address and was guaranteed information had been changed on their systems. Will never use again.
